It is a DeepSeek Harness plugin that registers new interface surfaces — panels, sidebars, tabs, or whole workspaces — inside the DSH web client.
Which profile do web UI plugins need?
Almost all of them target the web profile. A headless or terminal profile has no interface for them to attach to.
Do they change the model or just the interface?
